Events can include a variety of things: family reunions, weddings, corporate events, auctions, church events, etc. Depending on the type of event, Beeline Aerial can provide ground and aerial services. Ground services are completed with DSLR cameras.
Event pricing is very complex due to each event being different. Some events require long range planning and FAA Part 107 waivers, depending on size, location, and other factors. Below are starting prices for events. All events are assumed to be 4 hours minimum for starting prices. Prices include aerial and ground photography and video. Post editing is included using professional software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, DroneDeploy). Preplanning discussions with the client are essential for event projects. All project costs are discussed upfront with the client during preplanning. Final cost proposals are prepared for the client prior to agreement after all factors have been reviewed.
